Aero Courier Express Playbook & Supporting Materials

Effective Date: 09/01/2025

The Aero Courier Express Playbook, along with all related materials, including but not limited to training guides, templates, videos, webinars, slide decks, and digital content (collectively, the “Materials”), are proprietary and confidential intellectual property of Aero Courier Express, LLC (“Aero Courier Express”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Materials, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:

 

1. Confidentiality

  • The Materials contain proprietary business methods, operational processes, training modules, and strategic frameworks developed exclusively by Aero Courier Express.

  • All information contained in the Materials is considered Confidential Information and may not be disclosed, copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared with any third party without the express prior written consent of Aero Courier Express.

  • The Client agrees to use the Materials solely for its own internal business purposes.

 

2. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Aero Courier Express retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the Materials, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights.

  • Purchase of the Materials grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for internal business operations.

  • This license does not grant the Client any right to sell, sublicense, publish, or otherwise commercially exploit the Materials or their contents.

 

3. Restrictions on Use

The Client may not:

  • Share the Playbook, videos, or other training content with individuals or organizations not directly employed by or contracted with the Client.

  • Record, redistribute, or publish Aero Courier Express training sessions, videos, or webinars without written permission.

  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices contained within the Materials.

  • Use the Materials to create competing products, services, or training programs.

 

4. Enforcement

Any unauthorized use, disclosure, or distribution of the Materials may result in legal action, including but not limited to injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal costs.

 

5. Governing Law

This Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

By accepting delivery of the Playbook, videos, or any related Materials, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Notice.
